I CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT … my family, my close friends that I consider family, music, fresh air, and coconut oil.
I RELAX BY … taking a hot yoga class, hitting the gym, journaling, skyping my sister or my best friend, and sometimes just kicking off my heels and indulging myself in a nice glass of Cabernet Sauvignon.
I LIKE TO … study nutrition and holistic healing, read, write in my journal or on my blog, and spend time with the people I love.
I THINK BEAUTY IS … when you radiate self confidence. I was a ballet dancer for almost 15 years, and with that, I had the unique privilege of growing up in an environment where I could fully express myself. My life as a dancer and lessons I derived from my experience have stuck with me to this day.
MY FRIDGE USUALLY CONTAINS … organic greens for smoothies and salads, coconut water, lots of seasonal fruit, chia seeds, flax seeds, unsweetened almond milk, quinoa to toss into a stir-fry or wrap, and dark chocolate of course.
MY EXERCISE ROUTINE IS … lots of cardio, pilates, hot yoga, hiking, and chasing boys.
MY FAVOURITE BEAUTY TREATMENT THAT LEAVES ME LOOKING AND FEELING NATURALLY BEAUTIFUL IS … I’m addicted to deep pore facials. Luckily, I found a facialist who uses all organic, plant based products on my skin. It’s absolute heaven.
MY NUMBER ONE BEAUTY TIP IS … eat more veggies! I’ve been a vegan for almost two years, and a vegetarian for ten. Proper hydration and a balanced plant based diet will make your skin glow better than any cream, pill or potion.
