I CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT … the freedom to make my own choices and steer my own course. I truly value the privilege of working for myself, and spending my time the way I see fit.
Freedom of choice affords me the opportunity to start each day anew… to consciously align my actions with my purpose, and to prioritize what I believe to be the four pillars of SOUL-Full living: vibrant health, abundant happiness, deep compassion, and inner peace.
I RELAX BY … spending time in nature as often as possible. There is something about natural beauty that speaks to my soul. Give me a glimpse of the ocean, a field of wild flowers, or the mountains… and I’m in a state of bliss.
I LIKE TO … spend time in silence. First light is my favourite time of day. I usually wake up early, which leaves me with plenty of time to enjoy the sunrise through the kitchen window, enjoy a cuppa, meditate, and get an insane amount of work done long before anyone else in the family stirs.
Silence fuels my energy, my creativity, and my drive to do the best I can do, and be the best I can be. I’ve long searched for ways I can be of greater service and have a bigger impact, but I’ve finally come to the conclusion that when you choose to spend your time doing what you love, success arrives in its own sweet time.
I THINK BEAUTY IS … a genuine smile. Elegance. A sexy glow. Appetite. Fragrance and shine. Complete presence. Sassy sophistication. Bright faith. Passion with purpose. Creative flair. A compassionate heart. Determination. Unpretentious confidence. A courageous spirit. A taste for adventure. Quick wit. Simplicity. A zest for life.
MY FRIDGE USUALLY CONTAINS … olives and champagne. I have to confess: I’m not an enthusiastic cook. ‘Quick ‘n easy’ is the only recipe I know.
MY EXERCISE ROUTINE IS … spurts of yoga. I love the gifts of flexibility, balance and strength that accompany a regular practice but it’s often mind over matter to get myself to the gym.
MY FAVOURITE BEAUTY TREATMENT THAT LEAVES ME LOOKING AND FEELING NATURALLY BEAUTIFUL IS … a dry body brush, followed by moisturising my whole body with coconut oil. I love the scent and the feel of coconut oil, and how it acts as a nourishing, anti-aging multi-vitamin for my skin.
MY NUMBER ONE BEAUTY TIP IS … to KNOW how truly beautiful you are.

Mia is passionate about wild life and her favourite place in the world is Motswari, a private game reserve bordering the Kruger National Park in South Africa. When she is not consulting, you can find her meditating on the beach, eating sushi, reading to her three grandsons, or playing on the beach with her much-loved labrador, Dizzy.
