    With the magnesium oil, would you apply it after the shower than use a body cream/oil on top??

  2. Hello Shilpa, it’s really up to you. Personally, I like to apply Body Oil in the morning after my shower, and then I use the Magnesium Oil at night after a bath. I don’t apply Body Oil over the top. However, it would be perfectly ok to do so. Minerals, in general, are best applied/taken in the evenings, and vitamins in the morning. Not a strict rule, but a good guideline when in doubt. I hope this helps. With love x Sam
