Yoga is an integral part of my life, and has been so for years. I’m convinced that it’s partially responsible for keeping me sane and strong. My mum’s been practicing yoga for over 40 years, and was the one who encouraged me to start about 20 years ago. And I’m so grateful for her doing so. I’ve loved experiencing a variety of yoga styles, and now have my own adaptable-to-hotel-room yoga ritual that combines Ashtanga, Zen Ki and Bikram. I love how yoga helps to support my flexibility in life … not only via a flexible strong body. But also to be flexible in my thoughts, so as to break down any dogma. It’s such a joy to see yoga being embraced by the world more so these days, and to meet Sarina who has created such a beautiful modern yoga site that undoubtedly inspires so many. Oh and I love that Sarina fell in love with our Be genki Serene Body Oil. The gorgeous girl is not only beautiful, smart and mindful. She has fabulous taste 😉

I RELAX BY … yin yoga is possibly the greatest way to surrender to a relaxed state, no matter where my head has been at. I’m also addicted to trying all kinds of massage.
I LIKE TO … skip along the street hand in hand with my partner’s divine little girl, eat pizza at Gigi’s in Newtown, drink organic, vegan-friendly red wine (check out Barnivore.com), and I love to do something for the very first time, as often as possible.
I THINK BEAUTY IS … something we FEEL, rather than something we look like. It derives from feeling joyful connection to the essence of who we are, yet is something we cannot easily define.
